Ajit currently leads Operations covering Projects & Engineering Team at Spectrum as Director Operations. He brings in more than two & half decades of extensive experience in Project Managements & Design
Engineering best practices. He guides the Projects & Engineering teams through complex project assignments. He has been instrumental in implementing the BIM (Building Information Modelling) platform at Spectrum since 2014. He is a leader with contagious enthusiasm who believes in using modern technology for business advantage & process excellence. His knowledge & hands on experience helps customers to expedite the projects & optimise the project cost.

He has worked with various well-known Pharmaceutical companies such as Cipla & Johnson & Johnson. His hands-on maintenance experience gives him an edge in design & engineering activities of all projects that he handles. He has excellent communication skills & he is a strong administrator.

He is JNJ certified EHS auditor and has also worked as Occupational Safety Consultant for JNJ Asia-Pacific region from 2005 to 2006. He is associated with Pharmaceutical and F&B industry in field of Project & Engineering for more than 25 years.
