He was associated with reputed Pharma organization. His expertise areas are, the development of generic drug product, product scale up, risk assessment and Quality by Design. He is a member of board of IPEC India. Currently Dr. Hemgir is a Head -Global Formulation Application Lab of Merck, Mumbai. His lab team engaged with global pharmaceutical companies for generic drug product development, troubleshooting or scale up. His expertise in hot melt extrusion enable formulator to resolve poor soluble API issue. He is pharmaceutical technical consultant for development of solid and liquid formulation.
