Kaustubh Ronghe  is an electrical engineer and has over two decades of experience in handling complex pharma, biotech plant & facility projects and laboratory setup for large scale laboratories.

He has worked with organizations like Serum Institute of India and Baxter apart from Syngene International, a division of Biocon where he is currently working.
