Rajesh is Vice President & Global Head of Human Resources at Sai Life Sciences Ltd which is a fully integrated global CDMO, known for providing Discovery, Development and Manufacturing solutions, for New Chemical Entities (NCE). Prior to moving into his current role, Rajesh was VP – R&D and Site Head with Sai Life.

Rajesh comes with experience of around 31 years of techno-commercial experience including managing global R&D team, Project Management, P&L responsibility for CRAMS, Global R&D and scale up – commercialization of APIs, customer relationship management (CRM), strategic planning and execution, due diligence – M&A and integration

Rajesh has worked for some of the top Indian pharmaceutical organizations including Piramal Healthcare, IPCA, GVK Biosciences and Cadila Pharma before joining Sai Life Sciences.
